Fascia, nervous system, deep tissue and breath — for fighters, athletes, and high-output professionals whose bodies operate under constant demand.

The symptom is information. Follow it. Work in layers.

The Method

The Damage Control Method™

A fascia-focused, nervous-system-informed approach to bodywork developed for fighters, athletes, performers, and other high-output individuals whose bodies operate under constant physical and mental demand.

Damage Control goes beyond chasing pain or repeatedly treating the area where symptoms appear. By integrating fascia work, nervous-system regulation, deep-tissue and structural techniques, breath, and movement, Brittney evaluates the body as an interconnected system.

Her work explores compensation patterns, restrictions, protective guarding, and the upstream and downstream relationships that can affect movement, recovery, and performance.

One session can change the conversation with your body. The work continues from there.

  • Fascia release & structural work
  • Nervous System regulation & down-regulation
  • Deep Tissue layered, responsive pressure
  • Breath as a mobilization & recovery tool
  • Movement real-time assessment & integration

The Story

From the mats to the method.

Brittney's understanding of high-performance bodies began long before she started working with them professionally. She grew up immersed in martial arts — training and competing in taekwondo, judo, jiu-jitsu, capoeira and weapons.

When a career-ending injury abruptly closed that chapter of her life, she began a personal search to better understand injury, compensation, and why the body can continue protecting itself long after the original threat has passed. That search ultimately led her to bodywork.

What began as an effort to understand and reclaim her own body evolved into a highly individualized method for helping others navigate the physical demands placed on theirs.

Full Circle

Back on the mats.

After years away from martial arts, Brittney has also returned to the mats through Brazilian jiu-jitsu as @killahbee.bjj.

Her return brings her journey full circle and gives her an even deeper connection to the realities of combat-sports training — the accumulated impact, repetitive strain, physical compensation, nervous-system demand, and discipline required to keep showing up.

That lived experience shapes every session. She knows what fighters carry into the room because she carries it herself.
